Become an ADHD coach
We’re in the process of gaining level 1 accreditation from the ICF. Join us on the first cohort to be a part of the journey.
Our approach
We believe that:
ADHD coaching should be both nuanced and rooted in a sound approach to both the science and lived experience of ADHD. It should take into account what we know about ADHD, but also be comfortable with what we don’t.
Learning to listen and get out of the way as a coach helps us create a meaningful and flexible space for a client, able to work with what they’ve brought.
Learning about how our own brains work helps us provide a mirror for our clients’ experience, whatever our neurotype.
Coach training should be relentlessly practical - the theory is best learnt by doing.
Meet your course leader
Chris Fraser PCC
ADHD Coach, supervisor and founder of SOAC
ADHD Coaching changed how I work with my ADHD - and started me on my journey to becoming a coach. I’ve used all of the experience I’ve gained in over a thousand hours of ADHD coaching, as well as my background in teaching and finance, to bring you the best of what works for my clients - and my ADHD.
I’ve set up a coaching practice with my associates at The ADHD Workshop, as well as being a trained supervisor and mentor coach for other ADHD coaches.
I trained as an ICF accredited ADHD coach in the US based school ADDCA, and as a supervisor at the ICCS.

Praise from our ADHD course
I normally hate zoom chats, particularly group chats, but the workshops were great! Super interesting to learn how my brain works and great to meet so many like-minded people. I've come away able to explain myself better, identify what causes me stress, and I'm now developing strategies to deal with my ADHD
— Alex
It was very informative but relaxed and inclusive which allowed time for reflection and interaction. I learnt a lot through other people sharing their experiences of ADHD which in turn helped me to embrace aspects of myself I have previously felt shameful about.
— Abi James
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and these sessions helped me understand a lot more about ADHD and how I could learn to see the positives in the way my mind works and engage methods and structures into my life that can transform problems into helpful solutions.
— Adam Makowiecki
The workshop provided so much useful information, and I got clarity about the ADHD brain. Learning about the strategies to use when struggling with ADHD really helped with my day to day life.
— Jack
