Syllabus and Course Lead, Mentor Coach

Emma’s professional background is a varied one; before becoming a coach, she worked in the technology sector, and as a musician and creative technologist, as well as spending several years in academia as a researcher and lecturer, and completing a doctoral thesis examining person-centred psychological theory in non-clinical, community music spaces.

She specialises in coaching at intersections of lived experience, and has a particular interest in coaching autistic ADHDers, as well as those with experience of chronic illness. She is passionate about coaching that is ethical and psychologically informed, as well as truly person-centred, pluralistic, and tailored to the individual needs of the coachee.
